Campaign Insane Promise

They Shoot People, Don’t They?

Some current criticism of President Donald J. Trump has been that he has not kept this campaign promises such as bringing down inflation and not starting any future endless wars. In response to this and while not a campaign promise but it did happen while campaigning in Iowa in 2106, where he said he could "shoot somebody" in New York City but still not lose what he called his loyal supporters.

"I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK?" Trump said to laughter at a rally he held at a Christian college in northwest Iowa. "It's like, incredible.”

In countering the criticism, Trump on this past weekend stepped outside Trump Tower in New York and shot two tourists.

After the shooting and before the NYPD could arrive, he was escorted using black car, helicopter and aircraft by Department of Justice staff to the White House, claiming sanctuary within the White House, similar to embassies on foreign soil having immunity from local laws.

The outrage over this criminal conduct has been addressed by his administration, which can be summed up as “he kept his promise, stop complaining.”

MAGA Mike Johnson:  This is truly a great moment for America where the President has delivered to the American people on what his promises were.  It shows he has a mandate to both lead the country and clean up the streets of New York.

Scott Besset:  This will really put the country on right track for the businesses of New York, promoting the gun ownership here and increasing employment in the arms and ammunition market as well as the power washing manufacturing industry, with a reference to the cleaning up the crime scene.

Tom Homan:  This is very proactive action by our President where we have found that the two culprits were planning to travel back to South America via a cruise ship at the end of their vacation, probably to do some narco-cartels bidding.

Pete Hegeseth:  Following on Secretary Homan’s remarks, this is actually why we have ramped up our Caribbean activities in targeting drug smuggler boats by today destroying a cruise ship that these criminals were booked on.  We learned they were travelling with the same group of other co-conspirators that they travel with on cruise ships each year.

Tod Blanche:  With regard to this act of obvious self-defense by the President, the Department of Justice has already closed the case.  It was a straightforward act of self-defense by our very brave Donald J. Trump, setting an example for the American people on what America stands for, especially when it comes to non-US citizens.

Karoline Leavitt, from maternity leave:  We want to thank the remaining press corps outside of the fake news that have represented this as not a criminal act, but an exercise of our Constitutional right to own guns and back up our words with deeds.

Steven Miller:  That had it coming for thinking about voting a Democratic ticket in the election illegally.
