Beyond other comments on the visage of the Donald, there has been a common thread centered on his mouth as a sphincter operation.  The two main sphincter muscles in the human body, at least the most obvious ones, are the mouth and the anus.  Now the anus is typically a outbound organ for waste, and sometimes inbound for other uses.  The mouth is more double purpose for inbound nutrition (sometimes outbound for rejected food stuffs) and outbound for vitriol.

The thread in all this is the mouth of the Donald that has been photoshopped as an anus, and sometimes a fish mouth – similar to the Trumpy Trout the Talking Presidential Fish Head.  In Trump’s case, he puts sh*t in (fast food typically) and out comes more sh*t in nonsense talk and insults.

Some celebrities have noted this aspect.  Rosie O’Donnell couldn’t resist taking a swing at him.  At a SAG panel in the past, she said, “I’m not going near him, trust me — Orange man. Anyway, the thing is, fin, his mouth looks like an anus.”

Michael Moore offered thanks to his fans for their submissions to a President Donald Trump portrait contest where Moore said he was “impressed” at how many people turned the president’s “mouth and face” into a “literal butthole.”

Other Trump watchers noted that during a rally Donald Trump made a gesture at a microphone stand in which it looked like he was pantomiming a sexual act.

Recently President Donald Trump appeared to be subtly mocked by Dutch royalty during a NATO summit in The Hague on Wednesday.

Trump was photographed alongside Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander at the Huis ten Bosch Palace shortly after arriving at the summit.

However, as the moment wrapped up between Trump and the King, Queen Máxima appeared to mimic Trump's mouth movements before turning back to face the cameras.
